Refund Policy

Yardlet sells downloadable digital DIY plans. Because these plans are made available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final sale once access to the file has been provided, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.

Digital delivery

A plan is considered delivered when its download link is made available on the order-confirmation page or sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Problems with your plan

If you do not receive your plan, cannot access the file, receive a corrupted file, or receive a plan that does not match the configuration shown in your order, contact support.yardlet@gmail.com.

We will restore access or provide the correct file. If we cannot correct the problem, we will provide a refund or another remedy required by applicable law.

Personal consultations

Personal design consultations are separate services. Any cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for a consultation will be shown and agreed to before payment.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
