These Terms of Service govern your use of Yardlet's website and 3D design configurator. By using Yardlet, you agree to these terms.

Using the service

Yardlet provides an interactive configurator that displays illustrative outdoor-space previews. When you purchase a DIY plan, your configurator selections are used to identify and deliver the corresponding prebuilt PDF. Yardlet does not create a site-specific landscape design, inspect your property or estimate the total cost of completing your project.

Project dimensions and material or plant quantities contained in a plan are estimates. Actual requirements depend on site measurements, excavation depth, soil, drainage, waste, supplier specifications and installation conditions.

Purchases

DIY plans and consultations are paid products. Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party provider; we do not store full payment card details.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurements and site information
• Follow local codes, permits, and utility-locate requirements before digging or building
• Use the design and plan at your own discretion; Yardlet is not a licensed contractor

Limitation of liability

Yardlet provides designs and plans "as is" and is not liable for installation outcomes, site conditions, or costs beyond the amount you paid for the plan or consultation.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Yardlet after changes means you accept the updated terms.
